60 capsules in glass.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:
Zinc and selenium supplements do not present significant toxicity at the doses generally recommended, but too high a dose cancels out their beneficial effects and would be contraindicated, in particular in people with type 2 diabetes.
Selenium supplements are not recommended for people suffering from gout.
Bulking agent: cellulose; Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus Moench) root dry extract titrated to 16% polysaccharides; coating agent: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose (capsule casing) ; Zinc gluconate, L-selenomethionine, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

HOW ITS COMPONENTS WORK:
Counteracting bacterial and viral immune fragility
Redressing the acid-base balance
Combating infectious and viral diseases in children
Supporting post-operative convalescence
Calcification of fractures
Regenerating connective tissue (cartilage)
Selenium is an indispensable antioxidant because it allows the body to produce one of the most important enzymes for defending against endogenous radicals: GLUTATHIONE PEROXIDASE. It protects cell membranes, has immunostimulant properties by reinforcing T cells, stimulating antigens and restoring immunocompetence. It also decreases the infectious power of viruses and indispensable for correct functioning of the thyroid gland.
Selenium can have influence the decrease in prostate, colon and lung cancers by an average of 50%.
It eliminates heavy metals such as mercury, lead and arsenic, protects the liver and is detoxifying.
Selenium works by combating cell ageing and is therefore, also useful in treating arthrosis.
Zinc is part of the composition of about a hundred enzymes, but above all, it is the fundamental cofactor of superoxide dismutase (SOD), an enzyme that is one of the pillars of endogenous defences responsible for combating free radicals.
One of the strategies of the cellular agents of the immune system is to use zinc in small doses to eliminate certain bacteria (Koch’s bacillus or E. Coli, for example). Zinc regulates acid-base metabolism, protein metabolism (development of the foetus and baby) and insulin synthesis. It improves healing and dermatosis (psoriasis) and also regulates the production of sperm. It is essential for cell metabolism (cell multiplication and ADN synthesis) and regulates the development and function of the nervous system, in particular the pituitary functions.
Astragulus membranaceus is very rich in isoflavones and polysaccharides with anti-inflammatory and immunostimulant properties, reinforcing the action of selenium and zinc.
we recommend taking one capsule a day.
