All vitamins and minerals contribute to the correct functioning of the body, but some are more important than others during pregnancy, especially vitamins E, C, D, folic acid (B 9), K, Omega 3-6-7-9 and calcium.

However, we do not recommend taking vitamins in synthetic form in high doses and for prolonged periods.

Dosage:

– Delta E: we recommend taking one capsule a day;
– Delta C PLUS: we recommend taking one capsule a day, preferably after lunch;
– Omega 3-6-7-9: we recommend taking 2-3 pearls a day, with plenty of water, after meals;
– D3 Vegetal Complex: ADULTS: we recommend take a maximum of 12 drops per day;
– Delta B: 1 capsule per day;
– Desmodium Adscendens: boil 10 g of the plant in one litre of water for 15 minutes, then filter. Drink the solution during the day without reheating it;
– K₁-K₂ Vegetal Complex: it is recommended to take a maximum of 12 drops per day, preferably during the main meal.

Magnesium assimilabile can also be added to the kit.
