Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you received the goods.
Return and costs
- You must return the product within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal.
- The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you only if you were informed of this before purchase.
- The refund is issued within 14 days of the notice, but may be withheld until we receive the product or proof of shipment.
When it does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to: goods made to measure or personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The exclusion must be genuinely justified by the type and the seal of the product and must not be applied automatically.
Scope
The digital withdrawal feature covers B2C sales concluded through the website or app, for contracts that actually provide the right of withdrawal. It does not apply to purely B2B orders.
You may also exercise the right of withdrawal through the "Withdraw from the contract here" feature available on this page. After you submit and confirm the declaration, you will receive an electronic receipt with the details of the request, the date and the time of transmission. The previously available methods (email or form) remain valid: this feature is additional, not a replacement.
Return instructions
To return the product, follow these steps:
- Pack the product carefully, ideally in its original packaging and with all accessories.
- Include a copy of the withdrawal receipt you will receive by email.
- Ship the parcel to the return address indicated within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal.
- Keep the proof of shipment: it may be requested.
