Sportsmen and women have to follow a well-balanced diet based on the consumption of three key elements: 1. plenty of good quality water; 2. sugars, in particular glucose that is the energy food for muscles; 3. minerals, because the effort expended in a competition or race implies the consumption of great quantities of sugar and the elimination, due to sweating, of a great quantity of minerals.
Furthermore, during a competition or race, the body frees a huge quantity of free radicals that attack the cell membranes, damaging certain organs.

After a competition or race, it is essential for sportsmen and women to take Vita Complex products in order to liberate themselves of these free radicals and reduce oxidative stress, thus promoting better recovery.

RECOMMENDED USES:

BETA COMPLEX: 20 ml of product per day. 10 ml before each main meal;
DELTA C PLUS 90: we recommend taking one capsule a day, preferably after lunch;
DELTA E: we recommend taking one capsule a day;
NATURAL B con vitamina B12: we recommend taking 2 capsules a day, to be swallowed with plenty of water;
HYPERTONIC BIOCEAN: take 1-3 ampoules daily before breakfast. 3 ampoules = maximum daily recommended dose;
Q10 VITA COMPLEX PLUS: we recommend taking 2 capsules a day with plenty of water. Coenzyme Q10 is fat-soluble so take the capsules in between meals;
REVITA COMPLEX: one measuring capful (10 ml) per day diluted in water.

– Duration of treatment: throughout the training period.
– 2 hours before a competition or race: drink 2 l of water, 20 ml of Betacomplex and 2 capsules of Q10 VITA COMPLEX PLUS, 1 capsule of DELTA C PLUS and 2 capsules NATURAL B con vitamina B12.
– During a competition or race, pour 1 phials of Hypertonic Biocean into drinking water.
– After a competition or race, drink 2 l of water and take 1 capsule of DELTA E and 10 ml of REVITA COMPLEX.

Magnesium assimilabile can also be added to the kit.
