VITAMINA E 100% NATURALE

QUAL’E’ IL RUOLO DEI SUOI COSTITUENTI:

La vitamina E o tocoferolo esiste sotto diverse forme: ALFA, BETA, GAMMA E DELTA-tocoferolo. L’alfa tocoferolo è il più attivo.

E’ immagazzinato nel fegato e nei tessuti adiposi. Le principali fonti di vitamina E sono certamente gli oli vegetali che la vitamina E evita di far irrancidire (germe di grano, noce, girasole, cartamo, olive) mandorle e oli di pesce.

Una vitamina dalle proprietà multiple:

Il funzionamento delle cellule, l’ambiente (l’inquinamento dell’aria, raggi u.v., tabacco, radiazioni ionizzanti…), la diminuzione degli enzimi progressiva dovuta all’invecchiamento:  SOD e perioxidasi, portano alla produzione di radicali liberi e all’eccesso di difese endogene. Queste ossidano gli acidi grassi polinsaturi. La vitamina E limita questa aggressione preservando l’integrità delle membrane biologiche e delle lipoproteine.

Questo ruolo anti ossidante è fondamentale:

- nella formazione delle placche di ateroma impedendo l’ossidazione del colesterolo LDL. Quest’ultimo una volta ossidato si deposita sulle pareti dei vasi sanguigni provocando le malattie cardio-vascolari:

ipertensione, engina pectoris, infarto, ecc….

- nella protezione dei neuroni che prevengono le malattie di Parkinson e di Alzheimer;

- nell’attività delle piastrine. Inibendo l’adesione delle piastrine, essa svolge un ruolo preventivo nei disordini della coagulazione con il rischio di trombosi: flebite, embolie ecc..

- nei fenomeni infiammatori delle malattie articolari o auto-immuni.

Bisogna quindi associarla alle vitamine B e acidi grassi polinsaturi;

- nella regolazione delle difese immunitarie.

- In alcuni disordini ormonali (sfera genitale).

Il D-alfatocoferolo è vitamina E naturale al 100% è un grande antiossidante organico. Protegge le membrane cellulare, gli occhi, l’apparecchio genitale e la pelle.

L’organismo preferisce la vitamina E naturale:

La vitamina E sintetica è meno cara, ma meno efficace. Essa è due volte meno assorbita rispetto alla forma naturale e solamente il 12% della forma sintetica corrisponde all’isomero naturale, il solo utilizzato dall’organismo.

La vitamine naturale è diversa dalla vitamina sintetica come dimostra la diversità della formula. Per fare un esempio la vitamina E nella forma naturale è chiamata RRR-ALFA TOCOFEROLO mentre la forma sintetica è denominata TOUT-RAC-ALFA TOCOFEROLO e consiste in un insieme di otto molecole (stereoisomeri) tra le quali 7 non esistono in natura.

Le molecole sintetiche sono molto meno assimilate dall’organismo.

Esso inoltre ha difficoltà ad eliminare i residui di queste molecole sconosciute che posso divenire pertanto tossici.

Gli effetti protettori della vitamina E sono maggiorati dalle vitamine C e A, il selenio, lo zinco e il licopene.

CONSIGLI DI UTILIZZO:

- Fumatori: il tabacco fa abbassare il tasso di vitamine E e vitamina C. Associare a 3 compresse di DELTA E assunte dopo pranzo a DELTA C e 'Alfa Glutatione per potenzializzarle.

- Grandi bevitori di alcool: associare a 3 compresse di DELTA E assunte dopo pranzo al Delta B e Alfa Glutatione.

- In inverno in prevenzione delle infezioni O.R.L. (raffreddore, rino-faringiti) compreso nei bambini per limitare le recidive: associare Delta E con Delta C e la Delta A.

- Donne che prendono la pillola: associare la vitamina E con le vitamine B e A (Delta B, Delta A).

- Sportivi: associare la vitamina E con le vitamine C e B (Delta C, Delta B)

- Malattie cardio-vascolari: in prevenzione e cura complementare dell’arteriosclerosi, l’angina, l’infarto, l’ictus: associare la vitamina E con Omega 3 e 9, il gincko biloba (Vitigin).

Si può assumere la vitamina E durante o al di fuori dei pasti, ma è preferibile a fine pasto:

- in prevenzione:

2 capsule al giorno in cura regolare di 10 giorni consecutivi.

- durante e dopo la chemioterapia: 3 delta E dopo pranzo oppure dopo cena.

- in caso di malattie cardio vascolari o neurologiche, di alcolismo, di tabagismo, per gli sportivi, durante cure mediche (pillola): 3 capsule al giorno in maniera continuativa.
